BlueberryNetworks.ca to become part of Vianet!!
September 4, 2012.
BlueberryNetworks has agreed to become part of Vianet. Since 1995, Vianet has constantly led in providing innovative solutions for its subscribers. Based in Sudbury, it services communities across North-eastern Ontario.
BlueberryNetworks.ca customers will get the benefit of being part of a larger corporate entity - better billing procedures and payment choices, technical support staffing and use of new and exciting technologies to support internet subscribers.
Erik Turk, owner of BlueberryNetworks.ca will continue to be the primary technician serving BlueberryNetworks.ca subscriber base. Erik would like to thank all the customers who have been part of BlueberryNetworks.ca since 2003. The level of technical sophistication of the network has certainly increased since the early days. Being part of a larger network will ensure that customers will continue to get the benefit of future developments in technology and network management.
Customers who have renewed on an annual basis will have their service continued until their next renewal date, when they'll have their choice of monthly or annual plans.
Customers that have paid at Iroquois Falls Home Hardware won't be able to make payments there in the future, but you'll have more on-line payment options.
Email addresses will remain the same - your account will be managed by vianet in the future, and you'll still be able to use the "yourname@bbn.ca" address going forward, but no changes to the e-mail system will occur in the immediate future.
Contact information for Subscription information and Technical support will be updated shortly.
Payments for September will be made to BlueberryNetworks.ca as they have been in the past. New bills for October 1 will be sent out by Vianet.
